Andrew Springate is Chief Executive Officer for PAYM8 (Pty) Ltd. Andrew has many years of business experience having held such positions as Director of Shave & Gibson Africard (Pty) Ltd and Managing Director of Infopage (Pty) Ltd in Perth, Western Australia.
On Returning to South Africa in August 1995, Andrew joined the Radiospoor Group as Chief Executive of the Cellular Division. He was subsequently promoted to Chief Operating Officer for the Group, responsible for seven divisions. Andrew has been CEO of PAYM8 for the past 4 years.
Kerry started his career when he was employed by the Natal Provincial Administration as a Librarian. In 1980, he joined CSIR with the special responsibility of developing computerised information storage and retrieval systems. From 1983 he worked in the computer industry, in mini-and-mainframe relational database systems and applications.

George obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and a Bachelor of Commerce Hons. (Accounting) from the Rand Afrikaans University (Now University of Johanessburg). He completed his articles at Price Waterhouse Coopers in Johannesburg and obtained his Chartered Accountant qualification in 2001.
After a brief period spent in the United Kingdom he started as a Financial Accountant at Nampak Ltd head office in Sandton. After six months he went on to become a Project Accountant at Nampak Ltd head office and thereafter was appointed as Financial Manager in the Shared Service Centre at Nampak Ltd head office.
Morné Smit (Operations Executive)

Morné Smit is the Operations Executive for Paym8. Prior to joining Paym8 he spent six years in the Retail and Corporate banking environments with Nedbank. His passion for new development and cutting edge innovation has drawn him to Paym8. Apart from managing the operations of the company, he is also responsible for support. Prior to banking, he worked in the manufacturing industry.
Morné is an electrical engineer by training and completed a MBA with UCT before moving into banking. He spent a year in the Antarctic as part of the SANAE 39 overwintering team
He was Managing Director of NetSight (Pty) Ltd. for 6 years and subsequently was acquired by an Internet Service Provider, MWEB Business in November 2007. Jacques was General Manager of the business unit and later responsible for Direct Field Sales of MWEB Business in Johannesburg.
