Debit and credit cards are an integral part of many countries retail payment system. These cards are issued to customers by their banks or other card-issuing organizations such as Visa or MasterCard and represent a convenient method of payment as an alternative to cash or cheques.

The PAYM8 Collect system allows business owners to securely collect once-off payments or recurring installments from their clients bank cards. These collections are done in real time.

REAL-TIME REPORTING
    1. Important management information is available on the PAYM8 secure username and password protected website 24/7.
    2. PAYM8 users can resubmit a failed transaction for a future action date.
    3. Transaction outcomes reports are updated during the day.
      TRACKING
        1. PAYM8 offers automatic resubmissions of failed transactions, greatly reducing the administration burden on your business.
        2. All transactions will be submitted by default twice a day (03h00 and 06h15) for a period of three days.
          FULL CONTROL OVER TRANSACTIONS
            1. Card collection instructions can be submitted using any device or browser, to the PAYM8 Collection System.
            2. Maintenance of collection instructions can be done directly on the PAYM8 Collect system. You will be able to load, do collection date changes, resubmit and cancel your collection instructions at no extra cost.
            3. All changes are updated real-time on the PAYM8 Collect database.
            4. Bulk upload and bulk editing facilities are available for large collection volumes.
            5. All transactions are stored on PAYM8’s secure server. This ensures that the Integrity of your transaction data is guaranteed throughout the entire collection process.
              INSTALLATION
              1. The PAYM8 Collect website can be accessed through the internet using any device or browser.
              2. Installation of the PAYM8 client application can be done anywhere in South Africa. Business owners will only be charged for one installation. No additional fees will be incurred for multiple users.
